Assisted Services looks for caring, compassionate and responsible caregivers. We are accepting applications for the following positions (click for full job description):

• Homemaker and Companion:
  Provide fellowship, household assistance and non-medical care. No license required.
  
• Personal Care Attendant (PCA):
  In addition to providing Homemaker service, provides Attendant care assisting with personal hygiene, as allowed by Medicaid programs. No license required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):
  Provide Attendant care, under supervision of an RN. Also provides Homemaker service. Certification required.
• Home Health Aide (HHA):
  Provide Homemaker and Attendant care services. Certification required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
  LPNs provide Attendant care services, wellness monitoring and supervisory visits. Knowledge of safety, infection control and nursing practices is imperative. License required.
• Registered Nurse (RN):
  Visit nurses provide wellness monitoring and supervisory visits as directed by the Nursing Coordinator. RNs recognize and report changes in client conditions, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professional nursing responsibility. License required.
